Step 1
Hover over the Seller menu item and click on Designer Token.
Step 2
Click on the Consultation Appointment Link and schedule a meeting with the Designer.
Step 3
Attend a meeting with the design consultant and be prepared to review any images, documents, or requirements that you have for your custom design.
Step 4
After the meeting, the design consultant will contact you within five business days to discuss the proposal, design estimate, manufacturing, and shipping estimate for the custom frame component.
Step 5
If you agree with the proposal and quotes, then purchase a design token for the amount required within the proposal, enter the email address of the designer, and notify the designer after successful payment of the design token.
Step 6
After completion of the design, you will be emailed the custom CAD and PNG file types of custom frame components for manufacturing purposes.
Step 7
The Designer will submit CAD files to the manufacturer for prototype production. After production, the manufacturer will ship a sample product to you for review and approval.
Step 8
Contact the designer to approve the part for production or request additional changes, which may require additional payment.
